This worksheet is a material take-off, cost-estimating, and preliminary circuit-sizing aid for planning purposes. It is not a substitute for a complete engineering design, an approved electrical plan, or a permit application.
All circuit design, wire and breaker sizing, load computations, and material quantities generated here must be reviewed, verified, and sealed by a licensed Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) โ or the equivalent licensed professional in your jurisdiction โ before any purchase, construction, or permitting.
Quantities, unit loads, demand factors, and ampacity/breaker values follow the Fajardo Electrical Layout and Estimate reference and the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) 2017 optional method for dwellings. Codes are periodically amended โ always check your entries against the current PEC edition, local utility requirements, and any local government amendments in effect at the time of your project.
Wire and breaker sizing here use base ampacity values only. They do not apply ambient-temperature correction, conduit-fill (current-carrying conductor count) derating, voltage-drop-driven upsizing, or motor-specific code letter/FLC methods. A licensed professional must apply these corrections for the actual site conditions.
